Beginner-friendly courses worth playing

Not every course is forgiving to a new player. The ones we partner with are chosen for a few specific things: a welcoming pro shop, wide fairways, a calm pace, and people who don't mind if you're learning.

In and around Nairobi, we love Karen, Windsor, and a quiet par-three loop we keep mostly to ourselves. At the coast, Vipingo's setting is hard to beat. Up-country, Naivasha offers landscapes that turn even a missed shot into a good photograph.

The full list lives in our Society directory. Members get introductions and tee-time support — beginners get a calm first round and a kind starter.
